Private Personal Training

Our Personal Training programme is designed to cater to your unique needs. We use corrective exercises techniques to challenge the muscles while making every movement effective, efficient and safe for long lasting results.

Small Group Training

This programme is designed for small groups of 2-4 people who want to gain stronger muscles, better conditioning, improved fitness and increased flexibility. The small group environment is fun, effective and yields results.

Soft Tissue Releae

If you have aches and pains in your body our soft tissue release program will restore movement and function and allow you to be pain free.

Personal Training

Small Group Training

You'll receive focused attention from the trainer, with workouts tailored to your specific goals, ensuring proper form and technique. Soft Tissue Therapy
