I am Michael Booth from Ealing, West London. I am a Personal Trainer and Soft Tissue therapist. I have a significant amount of experience in Personal Training and rehabilitation. I am certified with NASM Advanced Personal Training, Drummend Education Low Back Pain & Pre Post Natal Personal Training, ART Soft Tissue Therapy, Nutrition and Weight Loss. I offer these services in person and online. I specialize in helping busy professionals improve their strength, flexibility, cardio and nutrition as well as reducing their stress levels. I am passionate about fitness because I enjoy teaching and helping people achieve their personal excellence. I became a Personal Trainer because I have an a passion for constant learning and I'm able to apply that knowledge effectively to serve many of my clients needs. I'm on a mission to help busy professionals get rid of pain from poor training methods and help them build muscle strength, flexibility and empower their health.
